1. General Overview
InfinityTAG provides NFC-enabled products that allow users to share digital profiles, CVs, and other information through QR/NFC technology. By using our services, you agree to all the terms stated on this page.
2. Order Confirmation & Advance Payment
After placing an order, customers must pay a non-refundable advance of 100 BDT for each product via bKash to confirm the order.
Orders will not be processed until the advance payment is received.
InfinityTAG reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed orders.
3. Pricing & Shipping
All product prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping is completely free for all orders.
Customers will receive their product within 10 business days from order confirmation.
4. Communication & Information Submission
After placing an order, InfinityTAG may contact you via:

Use of Personal pCloud Storage:
If a user chooses to store their CV or other files in their own pCloud storage, they must first verify their email address through the verification link sent by pCloud.
By using personal pCloud storage, the user will have full control over their files and may update them at any time within the designated folder linked to their NFC card.
Please note that the NFC card will be directly connected to this specific folder. If the user deletes or modifies this folder in a way that disrupts access, the NFC card may stop functioning as intended.
InfinityTAG shall not be held liable for any loss of access or functionality resulting from the deletion, modification, or mismanagement of the linked pCloud folder by the user.
Use of our pCloud Storage:
If users want to use our storage, then they can not modify or update any files in the folder in the future. Users are also required to provide:
CV/Resume
Profile details
Any additional files or links to be attached to your NFC card
Delay in providing the required information may result in delayed delivery.
5. User Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide (CV, contact details, links, etc.).
InfinityTAG does not verify or guarantee the authenticity of user-submitted content.
You must not upload:
False or misleading information
Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
InfinityTAG reserves the right to remove or refuse any content that violates these terms.
6. WhatsApp Group Inclusion
By placing an order, you agree that your mobile number may be automatically added to our official WhatsApp group.
This group is intended to share job updates and opportunities.
You may leave the group at any time.
7. Product Usage
InfinityTAG NFC cards are intended for professional and personal use, such as sharing CVs, portfolios, and contact information.
Misuse of the product for illegal or harmful activities is strictly prohibited.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted if:
The product is defective, or
The wrong product is delivered
Approved refunds will be processed to the customer’s bKash account within 7 business days.

9. Referral Program
Customers can earn referral rewards by sharing their referral code.
Referral earnings are subject to validation and will be paid according to our Referral Program Policy.
InfinityTAG reserves the right to cancel rewards in case of fraud or misuse.
10. Limitation of Liability
InfinityTAG is not responsible for:
Any misuse of NFC cards
Loss of data or unauthorized access to shared profiles
Any damages resulting from the use of our products or services
Users share their information at their own risk.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials belong to InfinityTAG.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without permission.
12. Fraud & Abuse
Any attempt to misuse the platform, including:
Fake orders
Referral abuse
Providing false information
may result in:
Cancellation of orders
Suspension from services
Legal action if necessary
